SESC

SESC – Social Service of Commerce is a private organization supported by entrepreneurs in businesses, tourism and services. Inspired by concepts from the Cartar da Paz Social (Letter for Social Peace), it aims to provide well-being and quality of life to professionals working in these industries and their family members. SESC’s initiatives stem from a solid cultural and educational project that has borne the mark of innovation and social transformation since it was established by the business and services community in 1946.

World Body Building and Physique Sports Federation (WBPF)

Its mission is to steward, modernise and develop the sporting disciplines of bodybuilding, men’s athletic and women’s model physique globally in conjunction with Member Country Federations, National Olympic Committees (NOCs), Regional Games Organisations and other Government & Non-Government agencies in accordance with Olympism (IOC) values.

The Department of Parks, Recreation and Tourism Management prepares the students to be the next generation of leaders who make communities stronger through recreation, sport, tourism, events and more.

Lingnan Town

Located in the eastern part of Shaoxing, Zhejiang, Lingnan Town sits at the junction of three counties of China. With its forest coverage rate of 71.4%, Lingnan Town is known as “natural oxygen bar”. Here, you will be surrounded by natural resources including Fuzhi Mountain, Yintan Stream (the tributary of Cao’e River), the Quaternary glacial remains and antique rice terraces. Particularly, Fuzhi Mountain, recognized as a 4A-level scenic spot in China, is a representative area of the local tourism. Also, you can find a plenty of cultural resources: the former site of Taiyue Temple, Xu Ao Battle Exhibition Hall, series of intangible cultural heritages, etc.

Lingnan Town enjoys several national and provincial honors for its breathtaking sightseeing and its sustainable development. In recent years, Lingnan Town pays much attention to its development in regards to sports and leisure. In 2022, it positively participated in the World Leisure Day and joined World Leisure Organization as a WLO member.
