All applications are to be submitted in English. Entries may be sent in by email or post; submissions using electronic formats are strongly encouraged. All materials remain the property of World Leisure.
Applications will be processed in two stages:
Submission letter from senior representative of relevant jurisdiction which should provide:
- Name of organisation and full contact details
- Name of principal contact or representative
- Title of project
- A written statement (10 copies) of 1,000 words or 3 - 4 A4 pages which addresses the adjudication criteria. At this stage, do NOT include videos, newspaper articles, brochures, etc.

Short-listed applicants shall receive detailed instruction for Stage Two. These are likely to include:
- A written report (10 copies), with a maximum of 3,000 words or 10 A4 pages, plus photographic/visual evidence
- Applicants may be asked to provide a 5-minute (maximum) video and/or a PowerPoint presentation
- Candidates will be visited by Members of the Adjudicating Panel or their representatives.
