The 10th World Leisure Congress in Québec City, Canada marked the return of the World Congress to North America for the first time since the Inaugural Congress in 1988 which was held at Lake Louise, Canada. The event was a success with over 4700 participants.

The Congress was hosted by the Conseil québécois du loisir, and supported by the Government of Québec. The Congress coincided with Québec City's 400th Anniversary celebrations. For further information click here.
