The "Conseil québécois du loisir" (hosting organisation) and the City of Quebec (hosting city) are pleased to welcome the World Leisure Congress Quebec 2008  which will be held from Monday, October 6th to Friday, October 10, 2008 at the "Centre des congrès de Québec", the year in which Quebec City will be celebrating Quebec's 400th anniversary.
